Now that you're here l know the first question is going to be 'is this course for me?' I can say with certainty YES! This course is for the everyday runner who wants to understand more of the basics to take their own running to the next level.
I coach a lot of people with goals from a faster 5k all the way up to 100 mile ultra races and beyond and the biggest thing l realised within months of working in the run space was the huge lack of basic knowledge the average runner had, through no fault of their own. I believe with just some simple understanding of how to run and how your technique effects your performance and risk of injury, what heart rate zones are and how to implement them and how to start building a basic run periodisation. You will be PB'ing in no time and more importantly avoiding unnecessary injuries and niggles along the way.
There are 5 bite sized lessons with very clear objectives to be ticked off during or after the class. This isn't a qualification so don't worry there will be no test at the end either.
